Local & Government
From accessible public sites and internal workflows for councils through to tools for contractors whose clients are government: we build software that fits public-sector procurement, works on any device, and cuts double-handling for staff and suppliers.
Procurement-ready from the start
Council work rarely starts with "just build it." There's RFQs, scopes, compliance questions, and sometimes a councillor who needs a plain-English summary. If you're a contractor, you're on the other side of the same paperwork, lining up methodology, insurance, and evidence instead of guessing what assessors want. We've been through Australian public sector procurement from both angles: helping teams run a fair process, and answering one with a solid pack. Expressions of interest, SOWs, milestones, and the detail ratepayers expect. We can help you write the brief or respond to it directly.
Community-facing services that reflect your council well
For many residents the website is council. It has to work on a cheap Android on 4G, for people using screen readers, and for someone who only wants the bin day. We build sites and portals that are structured, accessible, and editable by comms staff who aren't developers. WCAG standards is baseline. Plain language is part of design, not a late edit.
Internal tools that reduce administrative burden
Every public form has a team processing it. We build both sides: the resident-facing bit and the dashboard or workflow behind it so officers aren't retyping PDFs at 4 p.m. on a Friday. Cutting double handling and stupid notifications is the sort of win that compounds across a whole directorate.
Multi-stakeholder projects managed without chaos
If you're a council, IT security, corporate comms, operations, and sometimes a state agency all have a say, and everyone wants different language. If you're a private supplier, you're threading the same reality from the other side: council IT sign-off, security questionnaires, approval chains, and sometimes explaining a digital scope to a procurement officer who didn't write the original brief. We keep one clear contact on our side, document decisions, and report in terms each group can use. The goal is forward motion without anyone getting lost in the thread.
WCAG standards accessibility compliance
Expected for public services here. We price it as standard work, not a surprise line item.
Integration with state government systems
Payment gateways, agency feeds, and reporting interfaces we've seen in WA local government before.
Evidence and audit trails your government clients can review
When councils and agencies are your customers, you need exportable history: who changed what, sensible logs, and documentation account managers can hand to a contract manager without a scramble.
GIS and mapping capability
Spatial layers, assets, and maps for residents and for internal ops when location matters.
Content management your staff can own
CMS setups so comms can publish without opening a dev ticket for every typo.
Transparent project reporting
Milestones, change control, and documentation that auditors and execs can both read.
